Free Shipping on all orders over $175! If your order subtotal is $175 or greater, simply choose the FREE SHIPPING option from the shipping menu at checkout and your order will be shipped ground or USPS at no charge. Free Shipping is not available for express shipping and excludes livestock.


No returns on additives, test kits or food supplements. All returns must be new and un-opened with all factory seals intact, basically in perfect selling condition. Opened products can not be returned! No Returns will be accepted without an RMA# (return merchandise authorization). Please call within 15 days to receive an RMA#. RMA# must be clearly visible on outside of box. Shipping is non-refundable and the consumer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.


All products are covered under the manufaturers warranty. Should a product be defective in the first 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you with a return/exchange either from our own stock or from the manufacturer. Items that prove defective after 30 days generally must go through the manufacturer, but we will assist you in any way that we can. Some manufacturers prefer to handle all of their own warranty exchanges, in such cases we will provide you with contact information and follow up to make sure it is handled in a timely manner.
